This store, along with Corporate Zales, does not even deserve the one star I have to give it. My fiancé bought my ring two sizes to large, so it was resized down to my size. In less than a year I lost diamonds, my main diamond would spin in its setting, and one of the prongs broke. It took me over a dozen complaints and phone calls to corporate to finally have someone tell me that my ring should have never been sized down that many sizes because it compromised the quality of my ring. Something my fiancé and I should have been told from the beginning. Every time I contact this store each employee tells me different information, and the manager Michele is extremely rude. Not only was I sold a ring of poor quality for a high price, but the customer service I received is APPALLING. The Better Business Bureau should be notified of this scam of a company.
