Buyer beware. I’ve bought jewelery from many different jewelers. This jeweler doesn’t take returns. Only exchanges. The problem is that they don’t tell you that at the time of purchase and the tiny sign they have is in a place away from the area where you pay so you don’t know. Another thing and this is the sleaziest practice of all is they give you a 70% discount to purchase but if you return they don’t give you the same discount on the exchange piece so essentially they rip you off for 30-40 percent. Really sleazy. I bought 2 items totalling a couple k with a marked price before the discounts of 7k. I guess I’ll chat with them in front of a judge.
