Really bad service, I would never go there again.
I'm not really into Jewalry and stuff but I forget my mom's ring repaired here and these people are great.
Went in to look for en engagement ring and they did a credit check on me. Didn't buy anything and a few days later I get their credit card in the mail. Never agreed to opening an account at all. Extremely mad that they would do that.
They are some wonderful women and gentleman who work here now. I recommend everyone to shop here for an easy going experience to find exactly what you need.
This place sucks. The girl who helped me was super nice when looking for a piece I needed but once she asked me if I wanted to open a card and I politely declined she became extremely rude and unpleasant. When I placed the order she told me 7-10 days. After not getting a phone call to pick up my piece I had to follow up THREE times with them to see what the status of my order was to only be told that it wouldn't be available for pick up for another week and a half! I would have never have ordered with them if I knew it was going to take up to a month. I do not recommend this place to anyone!
