I've been going there for years and Alberto's has become my ONLY jewelry store. I truly appreciate the old fashioned customer service and the "CAN DO" attitude. Whether it is broken jewelry fixed while you shop, or having a custom piece of finely crafted jewelry made, Alberto's can literally do everything. I give them an A++++
Amazing customer service and craftsmanship. I brought my engagement ring in as the setting was wobbly. The man at the counter asked if I had purchased from them and I answered honestly that it had not been purchased from them. He took my ring into the back (where I could still see him through the window) he tightened the setting and polished the ring. When he came back to me I asked him how much and he just smiled and told me to have a nice day! I tried to tip him and leave money but he would not accept it. He was amazingly sweet and I would definitely go back there to spend my money because of his amazing customer care.
Just saw the owner scream at customer for no reason. Stay away
Poor workmanship & horrible customer service. I have worked with many. many jewelers over the years and I've never encountered such poor craftsmanship. They don't stand behind their work. The owner Albert does jewelry repairs on site himself. Unfortunately he did my job very badly and ruined my jewelry. I'm amazed how they're still in business.
I'd give zero stars if I could. Avoid this place like the plague.
