Priced out 2 items online. Went to the store to confirm availability and pick up. In store said they could not and would not honor the price. Went back 2nd time because they said they could do the price. Got to the store for 2nd time and they would not honor the price from their own website. Left again and purchased online. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t go there or shop there.
They're great when your buying thousands of dollars worth of product. Not so great when it comes to communication, or having it engraved, or getting it back on a "guaranteed" date, basically all of their promises are worthless. Never again. Here's hoping I have my ring back before my wedding in 16 days.
The worst customer service. They always make false promises. I hope i get my wedding ring on time. Please save urself some time and visit any other jewelry store in the mall.

As I have visited this store in this specific location THREE times now, all were bad experiences. The first visit we told our sales associate our price point, and we were only showed pieces minimum $5,000.00 over said price point. We went back months later looking for a necklace. With a different sales associate this time we purchased a beautiful piece, within 24 hours of having it around my neck the chain snapped when I simply bent my head forward. We have now been dissatisfied with both product and customer service.. for your own ease, do not go to this store- they are nothing but a head ache.
My husband and I have been customers of Helzberg Diamonds for over 5 years and we always leave very happy. I would especially like to mention Kara and Heather. They are extremely helpful, very kind and wonderful to talk to. Helzberg has unique and beautiful jewelry and they are very reasonable with prices. I have recommended this place to a friend of mine and a few weeks later she was wearing a gorgeous engagement ring that was purchased from Helzberg. Whatever the occasion, Helzberg Diamonds is the first place i go to for gifts. Once again I want to give an extra special thanks to Kara. She is a wonderful person and provides excellent service.
