Interacted with people in this store multiple times. Every time I'm lied to about prices or plans. T-mobile, the company, has fixed each situation.
This is where my stepmom gave me a phone. There's also another location inside the mall right next to GameStop on the upper level where I got my gs6 edge plus. Customer service is good although you wait to transfer your data from one phone to another. Lots of gadgets to try.
Went here before going to Sprint and the manager I think his name is Roger was a great guy. He showed me and my dad options for new phones. I might consider T Mobile when my device lease is up with Sprint !
