Most pathetic att retailer with lairs like Ali Maremmat
Possibly the worst at&t store i been too. Me and my family walked in and we were not greeted. We stood around for 15 minutes before going uo to an associate that was standing around and asked for helped. We were sat down with cristina and right off the bat gave off a bad vibe. She was very rude and had a monotone attitude. These are not the associates a sales store should be hiring. I really hope you guys take this review

Today we upgraded to the new iPhone 10, two of our phones are with Apple care and two remained with ATT plans. He did the same he denied any offers, did.not want to accept our phones to trade in , once he knew we had. Upgraded 2 with Apple directly. So unprofessional, very negative, not polite, and lied. Will never go back there.
I had a great experience Andrea Ponce was extremely helpful and very friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible! I highly recommend this location and I will definitely be coming here again! :-)
We have been ATT customers for more than 12 years now. 3 years ago this store had a different Manager. Things were quite different. This days this location is not reliable. We wanted to upgrade our phones we have four, the store Manager did not disclose any specials, he said on Halloween night all had expired and the promotions were not available. Our previous upgrade was the same we lost 650.00x 2 because he lied. We went to another ATT store and got $1300.00 credit, the same one he did not want to honor.
Walked in to buy my daughter a replacement phone. We walked around looking at phones for a good 5 to 10 minutes and none of the sales staff bothered to ask if we needed help. A younger couple walked in and they immediately got service. Decide to leave, and, as we are walking out, we're finally asked if we'd been helped. Told the sales rep that I wanted to get my daughter an IPhone 6, like the one they had on display. He said, "We don't have an IPhone 6..... we have an IPhone 6s" Really!? Ok, then an IPhone 6s. So he goes in back to see if there are any in stock and comes back out and says"We don't have any. You can try the Apple store, they do the same thing we do". No check to see if they can order one, no discussion of other phones they might have in stock... nothing. Ended up going to Best Buy, where I did get some help and bought an IPhone 8 for my daughter and a new phone for myself. Thanks Best Buy. Last time I waste my time at the Rockaway Mall AT&T store.
