This rude lady approached a friend and I with absolutely no customer service skills literally told us to leave because this isn't a toy store. Please let me know if I look like I'm trying to find the nearest toy store. Simply interested in looking at new products. Completely unsatisfied.
I bought 3 Brookstone auto emergency tools and flashlights. When I got home one of the tools had no battery holder inside. I live 54 miles away (108 miles roundtrip) and was really frustrated that no one in the store had checked to see that the units were complete. Now I'd like to know how I can get the holder without making a return trip.
