I brought my truck in for a pretty hefty repair and was treated exceptionally well from the beginning to the end of the whole process. Kellie kept me up to speed with the repair status and Bob and the team did an outstanding job repairing the vehicle. A+ work.
After talking to One service rep and describing the details. They switched me to someone else who didn’t complete what was originally promised. They over charge the insurance company and I thought they would give me a discount on what I had to pay but they took $1000 from me on top of what the insurance paid them. I had to go back to the shop 4 times. The quality of repairs were third rate. The gaps on the car are off. The paint job is awful and they didn’t complete the under the hood repairs. After going back 4 times and hearing “ that noise is not from this accident, it’s just a coincidence”. I gave up. This is a brand new car. Thank goodness it’s a lease and I will return this car, otherwise I would have had to go back. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
D&M Auto Body really did a great job repairing my Audi. The entire staff is friendly and professional. There were a couple of VERY minor imperfections when I picked up the car, but they fixed everything right away. Sean was amazing! A real perfectionist. The work took a day longer than originally promised, but it was worth the wait. The paint job was first-class. The car looks like new again! Hopefully, I will never have to use them again, but it's great to know that I can count on top quality workmanship if I ever need them in the future. I would definitely recommend D & M Auto Body to anyone needing auto body repair work.

The shop looked at the vehicle and provided an estimate. The repair ended up costing 130% of their estimate. All damage was "cosmetic" and plainly visible when they generated the estimate. It is reasonable to have an estimate off by a few dollars but almost $700 is a little
