I have been going to Birch Tire & Auto for most of the 23 years I've lived in the area. It's hard to find someone you can trust - especially as a single female - but this is the real deal. They know what they are doing and their prices are always fair. They don't do work if it's not needed. They keep my '95 Camry purring along. Definitely the place to go.
I have been going to Birch Tire for at least 20 years. Their service is courteous and thorough. Their honesty is absolutely outstanding. There were times that I went in for repairs and they informed me that it was a simple fix at a very reasonable price. They have never tried to sell me something I didn't need. I would never consider going anywhere else with my car.
Excellent service and great job!! Always tough to find an honest repair shop, everyone always tries to sell you something you don't need but these guys are upfront and won't try to pull a fast one. Highly recommended.
As others have mentioned, brake repairs are subpar. For basic oil changes, fine. After having my rotars resurfaced and brakes replaced, they squeaked. Brought to another service facility who told me brake repair was poor quality.
