I work in the morning me and my wife were given this free training card by a gentleman who work for the Cheesecake Factory, He needed his phone repaired I figured in the spirit of cooperation I would grant him a very large discount and we also gave him top notch service, he told me since I worked in the mall if I had to leave during the dinner or take food with me back I could just tell them how the food was and how the service was and I can take it back to my Kiosk.
Orange chicken was average.
This was absolutely incorrect as I went to the line I informed the gentleman that due to the inclement weather my wife was unable to make it unfortunately and if I could take her food to go I would eat inside for a little bit time permitted that there were no customers for my Kiosk.
The gentleman gave me multiple no's and we can't do that and I was basically left being told that if I didn't sit there and eat and because my wife wouldn't risk her vehicle in her life to come here and eat with me they would not be able to serve us.
We ate here last night for our daughter’s birthday. The food was amazing and service was prompt and efficient. For being busy and a new establishment they did quite well! Must have a terrific training program. Great job team!
When you treat people with such stringent and the mending guidelines I can already see this is not a place I'm gonna want to do business with or give my money to this is the kind of business that what stick to guidelines rather than to make the customer happy in my opinion I can already see the management staff for this restaurant has no people skills whatsoever and I deafly give this a no stars which is such a shame because I was really looking forward to having another location to eat at but having a variety of food or being treated with respect and kindness at a business that is based on just that I refuse to put my money to that.
We were Sat for dinner and the waiter messed up 2 of our 4 orders but he was very apologetic and pleasant at all times. 3 dinners were super cold and the steak ordered was completely burnt..The waiter said he was getting the manager to see what could be done..Manager came apologized and walked away didn't even asked if we'd like something else instead. DID NOT DISCOUNT the bill or give a coupon for another visit. Also dinner took 3 hours..We kept asking for bread..soup came 40 minutes after placing order..
Recently open, has ample seating and is in a very accessible location. But the service needs to be improved. We had to wait more than an hour to get our order. And once it arrived we had lost our appetite and had to pack the food.
Ate here with my husband and parents on Christmas Eve and was very disappointed. Sat at the bar for 15 minutes waiting for a table.We were happy with the bar service.
Absolutely fantastic! Great atmosphere and service. My girlfriend and I sat at the bar and were immediately tended to by Natalie and Jeff. The Whiskey Smash was fantastic as well as their Thai Coconut-Lime Chicken. The bartenders worked efficiently throughtout our visit and were very helpful. Clean facility and though they have been open for just under a week, they function as if they had been open for years. Professional. Will definitely visit again.
Nevertheless, the food was yummy. Especially the Black-out cake. The Beet salad and the Korean Friend Cauliflower is recommended for vegetarian.
