Great burgers but fries where cold. Reorder fries where better. Clean restaurant.
After my burger came 3 times well done I had enough, my daughters. Amen well done as well. The Manager came over and said I don’t no what to say?
The food completely met the high expectations this establishment sets time and time again. What truly allows this Red Robin experience to surpass that of average, is the complete and utter support Mary's service had during our meal. Her slow and steady voice allows customers to enter a feeling of ease, preparing them for the almost home-like atmosphere. Mary, did you know what an impact you've left here? This fast food servant deserves nothing less than a raise, and the utmost respect from her superiors and peers.
Not a fan. The service is meh the food is ok and honestly just completely underwhelmed. My local red robin is better than this one. Literally longer to get our food than it was to wait for a seat. The appetizer was burnt. This place suck on ice
Burgers were mediocre. Don't come here if you're looking for a bacon cheeseburger, strictly weird avacado burgers. Bottomless fries are wide spuds :/ Floors were repulsive. Better off going to fridays !
Offer a water / Icue tea or something when it takes 30 minutes to make a burger and it wasn’t even busy? Burger s where coming out like hockey picks!
Retrain your Manager / staff write the orders down.

Then said it again really I don’t no what to say. The manager never asked us if we wanted water, ice tea or any dessert for the inconvenience nothing he just walked away. My daughter and I waited 30 minutes for them to make our order and by this time I wanted it to go. The manager handled my experience totally wrong. I was really hungry and when I got home they gave me the wrong burger. I won’t be coming back anytime soon! Very bad service didn’t get one thing right except onion rings/ chicken and the chips where beyond soggy/ oily. We told the waitress she said sorry? Really I don’t get to go with my daughter to often and my wife. But it was so bad I left hungry
