This place is great. It gets crowded but they are very quick. Never been there more than 30 minutes total. My son ( 5 years old) enjoys it getting his haircut here.
Worst experience ever! Would not recommend it to anyone. Never will go back. Worst 17$ ever spent. Zero stars.
I have been taking my grandson to snip its since he was 16 months, he is 4 now. The haircut he got recently looks absolutely terrible, uneven everywhere. And the woman cutting his hair was rough and had no patience. Would not recommend.
Had been very happy with this place, even though it is overpriced, until today. I just spent 10 min calming my toddler down after his disappointment when we couldn't get a haircut. We arrived 30 min before their closing time and watched as they hung their "closed" sign and locked the doors as we were crossing the sidewalk to the doors. If that's their company's policy it should be posted, otherwise there was no reason to shut us out. Very frustrated and will not be returning.
To top it off...the girls there had no idea about baby trimmers!!!!!! They used adult trimmers the heavy ones for an infant haircut.
Took my 8 month old here for his first hair cut at Snipits, thinking it would be memorable and a good experience since these people have experience with cutting kid hairs daily. Only thing memorable was him crying incessantly. There was no personal touch, no getting to know the baby before starting not even stopping when me and my wife repeatedly asked the hair dresser to go slow.
This place truly knows their audience, every stylist we have used has been very patient with my daughter and has done a great job. The only negative thing I could say is that I do feel it is a little pricey, I think I paid $23 for a trim and blow dry for my three year old. I pay about that when I get my own hair done and I get it washed, cut and styled.
