If you go to the rockaway location you need to ask for Spencer. You can sit and get your haircut and not worry it'll turn out bad. This guy is skilled at his trade and the best barber I've had in Morris county in about 10 yrs.
I have been going for a few years and my boy Rocco does a great job all the time wouldn't go any other place ....
Not to mention the place is a dump. Dust and clutter all over each of the stations. Stay far away.
Showed the lady pic of highlights I wanted and she did the total opposite. I went home crying to my husband. Me and my family have went there for years and I'm totally finishes. My husband couldn't even see my highlights. I told her I wasn't happy and she said she would add more in 2 weeks. I'm so disgusted and so upset that I wasted my money. I just added more highlights myself which turned orange because I'm not a salon. Horrifyingly place.
This place is joke! Walked in asked for a hair cut. Got taken right away by Jerry. Seemed like a nice older guy that knew what he was going. Sat down, told him what I wanted. Started getting my and the one lady from the front desk comes around and gets in my face. "Are you Matt? Are you Matt?" Well apparently Jerry's appointment had come in so now my cut got rushed. It was all uneven. One side was faded about an inch higher and the back was never cut. Never got brushed off. Left with hair trimmings on my face and in my eyes.
I wouldn't recommend coming here if you need anything besides a trim. I came here for some hair work done before leaving for vacation. I'm not one to complain about a haircut because I've gotten some pretty bad haircuts but I'll never come here again. I went in to get the underneath of my head shaved with a very simple design of three thin lines. I showed the lady working a picture of it, and she brought a man over who looked at the picture and he said it was simple and had no problem doing it. I know you get why you pay for and this place being in the mall, however the guy was very confident in doing the work. After the work was done I was so disappointed. I'll honestly be having to wear my hair down during my vacation instead of being able to show off a beautiful design. The lines are insanely thick, not even and he even added lines in on the side that I didn't ask for at all. He also must have accidentally shaved a little part of my head that wasn't suppose to and decided to leave it so I now have a random part of my head that has little hairs sticking out. I'll never go back here, and I'm pretty upset about the entire experience and now have to wear my hair down until it grows back out.
