It was a festive holiday experience, very enjoyable with knowledgeable and good natured sales staff
Macy's was always a place I would go to for better merchandise,but I did give up my charge for a while....l been retired for about 5yrs...so I decided it was time to get my charge back and I was so happy I did...a sales woman named Maria helped me who works in watches...I'm so glad I met her she was very helpful and very kind it was an excellent experience...everyone was nice that I had dealings with so!!! I guess I will be going businesses with Macy's for a long time.
The store was well formatted, with a wide selection of high quality and more moderate merchandise. The sales were excellent.
I went into macys to do some shopping at 750pm an at 750pm some of the lights went out. Then I asked some one what time does Macy's close an the sales person said 8 o'clock I was so mad because I had to leave an the whole mall closes at 930 so I think Macy's should have same hours. They lost a good customer !
I needed a new suit. In about 20 minutes, with the help of the salesman, I had a perfectly fitted Ralph Lauren suit on sale. I saved bundle. Many thanks.
