The last thing I can say is that we looked good. The party was filled with guys of varying heights and weights and everyone of us looked good enough to be good enough to the one getting married that day.
Just wanted to say, I took my 86 yr old dad in to be fitted for a tux. The staff was kind, professional and very helpful (Pablo S. and Will, the assistant manager.) Pablo saw that my dad could use a chair and got one for him right away. He was busy with customers ahead of us but still took the time to take care of my dad and greet us. Very impressive. Will was great , he saw Pablo was busy and started to take my dad's measurements. What a great team. Thank you .
Very helpful staff....they make something that could be painful, painless. I don't go there often but when I need a suit for an occasion, that's my only stop!
The suits came in a few days before the wedding, with plenty of time for adjustments. The wedding party was huge and I'm pretty sure I'm the only one that needed additional adjustments. To be fair, I had lost some weight since the fitting and the pants were feeling a little loose. Not a problem, they ordered me a new pair and had them altered and ready for me the next day.
The staff here is horrible except for an assistant manager by the name of Kareem I believe. Wasn't for him I would have walked out of the store
The fitting process was so painless. They were very thorough, but also very quick. Every member of the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The young guy who was helping me mostly knew right away that I should probably go for a 13W shoe instead of the 13. He was right.
My brother picked out a really sharp suit for his groomsmen to wear. When I went in for my fitting I was expecting an ordeal, but left extremely pleased.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst experience for my fiance and his groomsmen. They are clueless and unhelpful in every single encounter with each groomsman that visited. Multiple errors too long to explain. You would never think suits is what they do every single day. Corporate was even unhelpful when I called for help. Never go to them.
