Clothes not soft enough 2 out of 69 will not be returning
So i was just recently at this location and there was a customer in front of us who returned a sweater and when she left An associate by the name of Lea was just like “ew she just returned a $10 sweater cheap ass”, I’m honestly disgusted by this. You don’t know what people are going through so to hear this type of customers service by a staff member is disgusting. Hopefully the manager sees this and takes action.
