2.5 Years ago I leased a car from here, I worked with Luke and the whole experience was great. My brother just recently Purchased a car from here and it seemed to be relatively easy for him. But I go to see if I can get into a new car, I go as far as to fill out a credit application to get a quote on what I would end up paying. I waited a week to hear back, was told the GM was sick. Waited 3 more weeks. Every time I called they were too busy or weren't available. Never got a price. They could have at least called and tried to work something out but ended up leaving me hanging. I called and told them to forget the deal, I would start looking for a different vehicle else where and still to this day 2 months later am yet to hear a single word from them. Thank Trend. Great Customer service. I won't be coming back any time soon.
Best car shopping experience I've had in years/ever. Eryn is great! I can't stop telling people about my great experience with them/Trend. From start to finish & everything in between was just fabulous. After taking care of some preliminary paperwork(maybe 10-15mins) before coming in, I was in & out of the dealership within 1 hour. I'm actually looking forward to going back & bringing my friends/family there as well. Not too many times you can say that about a dealership...Thanks Trend!
