You're supposed to leave with your new car HAPPY and EXCITED. Not feeling offended, "just been conned" type of feel. And that's exactly how I felt leaving with my new vehicle. Their sales manager, Rick is a quiet man, but will work with you. For the past week, I've dealt with the dealership that doesn't acknowledge you. When asked for help, they made the buyer feel like they were wasting their time. Not Antonio. Exact opposite. Anita breaks down the finances for you, no "BS". She was organized, and clear with her words. Definitely recommend.
