Debbie is the best massage therapist ever.
They wanted me to rescheduled with less than an hour notice so unprofessional. so they charge $5 if you dont call them within wathever time but they think its ok to mess with your plans? You just lost a member I was so excited I was becoming a member today, but you think just your time is valuable so no thank you.
Great place to relax and get a massage. Their staff is very hospitable.
But on another note, My therapist Alejandra, she was great! She was very professional and she did an amazing job. She got rid of my migraine and she really made me feel relaxed.
PS you have a problem regularly with this I should have read the reviews before.
Dissatisfied second time I spoke with someone and when I came in for appointment for my massage they said it wasn't in the system this place has very poor customer service. The therapist are very good though.

I was given a gift card for Christmas to come here and I was ecstatic to get a massage. So it was my first time here and when I first walked in the lady that helped me was cordial. Once I finished filling my paperwork I was told to wait in the front. I noticed that a couple of customers came in and they were offered tea/water and were asked if they wanted to wait inside in the lounge area. I was never asked if I wanted water or wanted to go inside where it was nice and warm. I don’t know if it was because I was dressed down and the other Ladies were dressed normal but definetly felt judged because of my looks. I had to wait for a good 20mins in the front lobby where it was cold. Very disappointed!
