I was very disappointed with their terrible communication regarding promotions, and lack of customer service while waiting for the haircut. We won't be back.

Went to Jon W today... He was amazing. The entire experience was pleasant. His massaging shampoo was really relaxing. I'm extremely picky and my cut/color came out perfect! Im so happy with my results. Thanks again!

Never again! Charged me $48 for terrible hair cut;. Asked the "stylist" not to make it too short, but with the first clip, I knew she had already cut off too much. Then I have to hear this ignorant woman complain about the immorality of interracial marriages, gays, black people, millennials, etc. Made racial comments that black people get everything for nothing, including free education. I don't know how this Maryanne knows anything about morality or education, since she lacks both. JC Penney must have some long history of this woman's behavior (she is well past retirement age) yet it appears that they tolerate her disgusting behavior. I remained polite through this horrible ordeal and tipped her anyway (my husband said I should have just walked out in the middle of the haircut, and to be honest my hair wouldn't have looked any worse than it does now). This is the tip I walked off with: I will NOT patronize JC Penney (salon, store, etc), will not bring my grandchildren there, will no longer hold JC Penney stock. Thank God for competition, I will go elsewhere.
Very courteous and friendly staff. Always willing to give opinions on hair products and help when you are shopping. Scheduling appointments is always a breeze. I get my hair done with Lauren there who is extremely friendly and listens to what you want. I always leave extremely happy with what I had done. I HIGHLY recommend this salon.
