Mark was very helpful and had great customer service - the “Manager on Duty” tall dark-haired man with a Spanish accent, believe his name was “Nerman” .. was so rude and unprofessional to the other employees in front of 9 customers that were present in the store- The way he spoke to the employees when they were being helpful with each other- was embarrassing, even for us as customers, to witness- someone so rude and willing to degrade the other employees should never be in charge!
So ice cream is always good, right? This place has tons of options and everything I have ever had there has been good. This place is also not the cleanest and there's usually a wait.
There's not an actual stone that is cold here, but they make up for it with ice cream. I was looking forward to just simply touching a cold stone and admiring it's chilliness, but hey I can settle for this.
Amazing ice cream but not always consistent. If you get the same flavor three times it will probably be different at minimum one of the three. You expect something but get something different. When they're on, they're on though.
The ice cream was really good. The milkshake was smooth but thick.
