I had called several storage companies trying to find a parking space for my work trailer but this public storage location was the only one to follow up with my request. Dawn was very helpful throughout the entire process. A month after parking my trailer she called me and told me a new space had opened up at a slightly less expensive rate which I truly appreciate. I highly recommend if you are considering using this facility, ask for Dawn

Dawn is the best! I was storing stuff for about a year. I moved twice during the course of the year to smaller units and Dawn was always helpful. She is so friendly and positive. The units there are very clean and I always felt safe going there after the office was closed. I recommend this storage facility highly. A+
