My Mother N Law JUDY! runs the business there and anyone who has the pleasure of working with her is truly blessed! Ive been there and this is a great and fun friendly place to dance:)
LD is a great facility to come to dance. The floor is a nice size. The sound system is great. There is even a nice platform if a couple wants to do a swing or Cha-cha. There is no alcohol allowed and of course, no smoking. The music is generally good for someone who loves country-western dancing.
Casual atmosphere, fantastic dance floor, great group of fellow dancers and up-to-date dance lessons makes Let's Dance in Rockaway THE best dance location in New Jersey. All level of dance experience (beginner to experienced) catered to. Periodic 'Starter' classes scheduled throughout the year for those who want to find out what line and partner dances are all about.
I like how they are fixing up the place. The teachers are excellent. I especially like Stompin' Sue. They cater to the newcomer but also provide challenging dances.
