My wife and I were looking for some new Pizza /Italian food to mix up the usuals we frequent and we stumbled across a new restaurant called RJ's Pizzeria. We noticed a Grand Opening sign and a flag garland and thought this was a great place to satisfy our venture that evening. We entered the restaurant and were graciously greeted by the manager and were seated at a comfortable table. Our wine was opened immediately and we were being served by a very nice waitress named Grace. We tried quite a few dishes to sample their food which we found delicious including the pizza which I was pleasantly surprised how could it was especially since my last slice was at Star Tavern, it bettered Star! The Caprice salad was next which was fresh as could be especially since they make their mozzarella right at the restaurant. Fried calamari was tender and tasty and the ravioli's and eggplant parm sandwich were awesome. We were convinced we had a find here! To top it off a tasty cannoli was brought out which looked as good as it tasted and something I never had before, a fried Oreo cookie that was off the charts! To make the experience complete, the owner Frank Rihlik sat with us and explained his story how he found this spot and his employees. The care and due diligence he applied was reflected in its decor of the restaurant, the quality of his food and his nice, accommodating and friendly staff ! I high recommend RJ's for everyone! Congrats on a GREAT place!!
