I am a Hilton Honors member and I am used to very friendly service. This was the worst experience I have had at a Hilton Hotel.
Only went for the bar but it's a pretty hotel and all the workers are super nice and friendly
We had a really great brunch after a wedding. the staff was very courteous and nice. The food was very good. The eating area was very clean and we had a great time being able to talk at multiple tables for an event.
I was not happy with the way I was treated by the Manager of the hotel. The Hotel was very crowded and the manager would not give me a time that I could check in. He wouldn't even guarantee me that I could check in by 3. I had a wedding that night and kept pressing him but found him very rude (They had 3 weddings parties staying at the hotel). He was suppose to call me when the room was ready so I went to the mall. I did not receive a call but my husband was checking in when I came back.
Although our room was not ready for check-in and we had to wait 45 minutes which was very frustrating but they did there best to accommodate us. They comped us drinks at the bar, appetizers and breakfast without us even asking. The staff was very friendly and the hotel decor was new and fresh looking. It's walking distance to many stores like Christmas tree shop and 5 below.
When we got back from the wedding and into our room you could here the noise from the DJ playing at another wedding or an after party. It was so loud I could actually identify the song that was playing. I did not call and complain because you had to sign a paper when you check in which stated that last call was at 1:30 at the Bar. I assumed that was when the party would be over but it did not end until 2. I understand that hotels have parties but I have never experienced it being so loud in my room.
Everything was great. Place was clean, location was convenient, and staff was friendly
