My wife is thinking about joining for the black card also to try out the total body enhancement booth they have as well.
This place is a breath of fresh air!!
I recently upgraded to the black card which gives me access to bringing my wife from time to time as well as the black card spa... those hydro massage loungers are dangerously addicting!!
I understand no one is perfect but I cannot believe some of these other reviews. Every time I come into the facility I am greeted with a warm smile and a "hello how are you doing today?" The management team and the other team members tend to my every need... and I can be pretty needy considering I am 60+ years of age!
All in all this place is very spacious , clean, open 24 hours and close to my home. I couldn't be happier with my decision to transfer to this and make it my home club.
Now the correct way for Dan to articulate your rules and protocol should have been, "i'm sorry, you're right, i should be able to look in the system for your banking info, and ID, but i can't, i understand it is an inconvenience, but unfortunately my system doesn't work that way. " instead of telling me, if i don't like the rules i can go somewhere else.
I utilize the pe@pf training sessions with Hunter who is hands down the best trainer I have ever dealt with at a PF and I've been a member of several down in south jersey.
I love this location! Everything is super clean and the staff is well-trained, extremely professional and friendly. I was given a tour of the facility by Dan, the Team Leader there and he was very patient with me. Hunter, the trainer there is also very motivating and hands-on! I love his classes! I feel very welcomed and comfortable here. Would definitely recommend this spacious gym to anyone! #TheWorldJudgesWeDon't !!!
I don't want nor do i need an explanation, simply teach your team the rules of customer service 101. Pretty simple actually. I hope there is no backlash at your gym for this episode, i took a picture of him to ensure i had his name correct, but everyone at the front desk refused to give me his name when i asked. If you want his picture, i will gladly provide it. Thank you. i was very happy to have this new location open and look forward to coming there often. I am hopeful...
Very disappointing. Team Leader "DAN" was rude and not helpful at all. I requested tanning bed and clearly asked him if bulbs were all working and he said yes. Once fully undressed, face bulbs did not work in there. I also had initially asked him for full time and he set me for less. His attitude was unprofessional, dry and it completely seem like he did not like his job. As a team member and new location I expected them to not just have only have clean/new equipment but also have precise customer service. However, girls at front desk were very sweet.
Dan i believe was his name needs to have customer service 101 training. There is a difference between saying something and how something is said, and clearly he does not know this difference. I already have 2 memberships there, one for me and one for my 17 year old son. Since my 16 yr old will get his license soon, i decided to get a black membership for him as well. When i turned in the ipad to Dan, first he asked for a check to prove my account, i said, you are already debiting the same account. "That is protocol " he said. Again i said, "even though you have me in the system, you currently debit me for 2 other accounts," that is the rule, he said. Next item, my son's ID. He is already in the system, he has been going with me for over a year, and at that time we provided his passport for his age at the ledgewood location. Again Dan tells me, that is the rule, it is our protocol, and if you don't want to follow the rule you don't have to belong to this gym. But that is our protocol.
