Overall, an unnecessarily difficult transaction and a bad taste for the company overall. Will not be purchasing from them again and would highly recommend to keep an eye out if you do work with them!

My instore experience at this store was fine, the salesman was friendly and helped me get what i needed. I told them i wanted to pick up the item. they explain to me that they only recieve shipments twice a week, tuesday and friday. I placed my order on tuesday and scheduled a pick up for saturday. Mid-day, while i was driving to the store, they called to inform me that my item didnt come in. They gave me free next day delivery and confirmed my shipping address. The following day they call me at 8:30am to confirm shipment for between 8-11am. Then they notify my they are shipping my item to my billing address and not the address i confirmed the day before. Honestly, that store is a chicken without its head. I will not return to the store.

Difficult to deal with - very disorganized customer service and extremely rude employees. We had an issue with a piece of furniture that was purchased before moving at a different store. Due to protection plan, we were able to get a credit to replace it. The customer service manager was very short and dismissive on the phone... Even after I spoke with the service center in Randolph directly. She essentially told me she couldn't and wouldn't help - even though the service center told me there should be no problem and to call them back if I had issues. Needless to say, I had to go back and forth with this woman (Christina?) and her own service department in order to tell her how her company works to fix this type of problem. Once our defective furniture was picked up by Raymour, she forwarded our information back to the original store (where we don't live anymore) and had them call and email me asking for payment on the new piece... Even though we were assured the credit was covering our purchase and the balance was already paid for (at the Rockaway location!)

I'm in the sales business and transparency is big for me seeing as you represent the company and product. My experience was less then stellar from salesman Charlie C. and the manager Dan. I tried to work with them and to let them save face and was left with

Furniture shopping usually dosent go well for me. I get hassled by sales people as I walk in the store. Upon coming to the Rockaway Raymour and flanigan I met a young salesman named Justin. He was extremely polite as he greeted me at the door he handed me a flier of the sales and told me to enjoy my browse. The sense of relief was great. The store has a great selection and is set up very nicely. I came across a sectional I fell in love with I had some measurement issues he started helping and making configurations for the sectional to fit my room. He checked the measurements one more time and I made my purchase. I got my delivery 3 days later and the delivery people were a delight as well. Delivered the furniture assembled it and took all the cardboard and plastic with them. over all great experience with Raymour and flanigan in Rockaway!!!
